Honestly, unlike Thanos in the MCU in general, I think this one is very different. I don't think Thanos in this series is a Ni user, especially not an E8 type. His little screen time in the game suggests that he is a character with a mind based on specific patterns and ideals. Just like in the movie Endgame, although his goal came from deeper assumptions, in the game he simply had stubborn ideals that he held on to and pursued without much thought. His entire cycle was based on Te-Si or Si-Te from So1 or maybe even Sx1? Based on following his ideals, not very innovatively considering, very practical and with a simple command mind.
