Biografia
Blackmore (ブラックモア, Burakkumoa) is a minor antagonist featured in Steel Ball Run. Blackmore is employed under President Funny Valentine, acting as one of his closest henchmen. Although he remains near to the President, likely to provide protection if needed, his primary role is that of an assassin. When Lucy Steel's intrusion is discovered while she investigates Valentine's schemes, Blackmore is tasked with tracking and eliminating the culprit. Blackmore is a Stand User, wearing the mask shaped Stand, Catch the Rainbow, to gain complete control of any form of natural rainfall.
