Lawful Evil, what. He's obviously not a good person by any means, but when is it either lawful or evil to want to liberate your people from actual slavery? His means are terrible, but by that, you'd have to think Saki and Satoru are Lawful Evil as well, since they're breeding queerats and tainted cats respectively. Sure, it's to prevent incidents like Shun's from happening, but it's basically slavery of mutilated humans and planned killing of children for the purposes of maintaining society. I wonder if he'd have been received the same way if he looked like Shun or Satoru.
