I think he's a FVEL. It doesn't make much sense for him to be LFEV because he relies on Kuro's logic, not his own. He never acts on his own logic. The logic of an LFEV is the aspect he trusts the most and does not compromise on it, but in Wolf we see the opposite. He's 4L in a sense. The aspect in which he is most confident is the physical aspect. Although he looks like a 4V, it is actually a 2V.
