Gareth tipo de personalidade mbti
Personalidade
"Que tipo de personalidade é Gareth? Gareth é um tipo de personalidade ENTP em mbti, 9w8 - so/sp - em enneagram, em Big 5, IEI em sociônicos."
Rick killing Gareth wasn’t really about anger in the moment, it was about a shift in how he sees people and threats. By that point he had already been through repeated betrayal and loss, so his mindset changed from giving people chances to recognizing patterns. Gareth and his cannabilistic group had already shown exactly who they were, so Rick wasn’t treating him like an unknown anymore. In his mind Gareth was a guaranteed future threat, not someone who might change. If you layer in type dynamics, Gareth comes off very ENTP in how he operates. He uses words, reframing, and quick logic to justify what he is doing. Even when he is caught, he is still trying to explain, pivot, and control the narrative. That is classic Ne Ti behavior where he can rationalize anything and adapt his reasoning on the fly. The problem is it is detached from moral grounding, due to trickster Fi so it becomes manipulation rather than insight. He believes if he can explain it well enough, he can shift the outcome. Rick on the other hand is operating more like an ENTJ under pressure. He is not engaging in debate or entertaining possibilities. He is looking at outcomes, patterns, and what keeps his group alive. That is Te dominance. It is external, decisive, and results focused. Once Rick has enough data, he acts. There is no need to keep the conversation going because to him the conclusion is already reached. So when Gareth tries to talk, he is basically bringing Ne Ti into a situation that Rick is handling with Te certainty. Gareth is still playing the game of ideas and perspective, trying to reframe reality in real time. Rick is already past that. He is not interested in potential interpretations, he is focused on what has already been proven through behavior. It also shows how Rick’s moral framework collapsed over time. Earlier he tried to hold onto rules about mercy and giving people a chance, but the world kept proving to him that those choices could get people killed. So his internal rule becomes that mercy toward the wrong person is a risk he is not willing to take anymore. Gareth trying to talk or explain does not matter to Rick because Rick is no longer listening to words. He is judging based on behavior. And Gareth’s behavior already proved he was dangerous, so there is nothing left to debate. So the real shift here is that Rick moves from hoping people can be better to assuming they will not be and acting on that assumption. He is not reacting emotionally, he is preventing what he sees as an inevitable outcome. And when you put ENTP Gareth against ENTJ Rick, it becomes clear why the conversation never lands. One is trying to reframe reality, the other has already decided what reality is based on results and is acting on it.
