INTP works well for her imo, certainly works much better for her than it does for her pony counterpart despite what some want to claim. We can see the Ti in contrast with pony Twilight's Te; Pony Twilight is oriented towards hard facts, she wants direct tangible evidence for everything and she defers to authority figures such as Celestia when she feels like she is lacking in said knowledge. Sci-Twi on the other hand is much more focused towards constructing her own logical theorems and collects her own evidence to do that, any facts she collects are in support of the logical theorem she is working on. She is quite adept at dealing with abstract information and assessing all of her options in a logical manner. She's also a lot less adept at managing people than Twilight was (even in the early seasons, Twilight showed natural inclinations towards organizing the external world than Sci-Twi lacks). Sci-Twi also lacks a singular vision of the future and moreso orients herself to whatever theorem she's currently working on, so I think Ne>Ni works for her.
