When Karai was still on Shredders' side, she was dangerous because she had to be outwitted to lose. Karai or "Miwa", is the eldest and only daughter of Master Splinter. As an infant, she was adopted by the Ninja Turtle's biggest opponent - The Shredder. She is their natural enemy, till the later seasons where she realizes she's their sister.
