Personalidade

"Que tipo de personalidade é The Angry Video Game Nerd? The Angry Video Game Nerd é um tipo de personalidade INTP em mbti, 9w1 - sx/so - 154 em enneagram, RLOEI em Big 5, LSI em sociônicos."

He's got such good Si I considered typing him as an ISFJ, but his Ne is too good to be inferior. He's one of the healthiest INTPs out there with both of his bottom two functions very developed. Type 9 goes without saying. James is a chill guy who doesn't get involved in drama or dwell on negative emotions in a Show, Don't Tell manner. He's said in the past he intends for his videos to be an escape, a safe haven for the viewer from all the negativity of the outside world. I'd actually like to hear the reasoning behind why people have voted him as a 6w5. I don't see much 6-ish behavior from James and if he was a 6 he'd probably be a 6w7.

Biografia

The Angry Video Game Nerd (often abbreviated to 'AVGN') is a parody of the caustic critic archetype, portrayed by American filmmaker and YouTuber James Rolfe. Having made his first "angry review" back in 2004, a full year prior to YouTube's debut, AVGN is often regarded to be the first of the angry video game reviewers, having influenced other similar online characters (and content creators) like The Nostalgia Critic, The Irate Gamer, The Spoony One, JohnTron, among countless others. And is also, often regarded to be the pioneer of the genres of online content review and sketch-based comedy, in general. The Nerd is a perpetually grumpy critic who had pledged himself to play and review old (often bad, not not necessarily always) video games, in the process, throwing crude and mean-spirited insults and remarks towards them. Often times, near the end of his reviews, he reaches his melting point and resorts to "punish" those games for having tormented him.
