DEFINITELY uses Ne. This guy doesn't have his life figured out at all, he's just going with the flow, and whatever opportunities come his way, he always takes them. He's always trying out new things, and when they get boring or not working out, he can easily adapt and find something else that he's into/he can do. He's a very flexible and adaptable character, as well as being very immature. I can see him as an INTP. I can see him using Ti. He seems pretty logical and the 'smart guy' out of the group, always acting nerdy and being intelectually inclined. But, I have seen people say he's INFP, which I can totally see as well. Filburt has many phobias and can get deeply anxious, so it's not denying he could use Fi. He seems to make decisions based on what he wants to do at that point in time and what he's 'always' dreamed of doing. He does seems to fall in love quickly and has very quirky interest, so, there's no denying INFP could be a good fit for him. I'll say he's INTP for now, but I can defiitely see potential of him being an INFP. The reason why I'm not too keen on INFP yet, is because Rocko's already an INFP. He's flexible, but also having strict rules for his house, and standing up for what's right, especially to Heffer (Ne-Te). Rocko also has a cutesy persona, and can get quite lovey-dovey at times (Fi) while Filburt seems like more of the intellectual friend in my opinion.
