If anyone wants to type someone as lead Ni this is an example. Ni isn't a "planning" function and just because someone can plan doesn't mean it was Ni. Anyone can plan. It's those abstract symbolism, a love for philosophy and big picture thinking makes Ni, not planning. Whether those abstract big picture thinking are in line with reality or not depends on the other functions, especially the aux function (Fe or Te).
