'Charles De Noir Mamoru' (ノのワわーールる・守まもだ シャしゃルるルる・ドど, Noir Mamoru Charles De) is one of the characters of the Japanese manga, Phantom Busters. Noir became the relief Chemistry teacher at the students school after the previous one had to resign and asked him to take up the job. There is evidence and flashbacks from Chapter 13 of the manga that Noir also used to be an exorcist, the man claiming to have 'saved the world'.
