Dark Chocolate (80% or higher purity), and Pure Hot Chocolate (w/ 100% Pure Cacao Powder), are probably my favorite indulgences. I always like sitting down on a nice friday night with a mug of fresh hot chocolate, with a little bit of raw/pure honey and peppermint mixed in to cut the bitterness ever so slightly, and some dried fruits and nuts on the side (presently Walnuts, Almonds, and Dried Dark Cherries). Listening to some vintage music or classical piano compositions. Just taking it easy and relaxing.
