Biografia
Velite is a worker of the IPC's Marketing Development Department, now working for Director Jade. When he was younger, he wanted to be a pilot and explore the universe in a grand spaceship. However, his parents told him that he'd have to work for the IPC to make enough money to fulfill his dreams. Eventually, he gave up his dream of being a pilot and joined the IPC instead.
