Calvin Finch tipo de personalidade mbti

Personalidade

"Que tipo de personalidade é Calvin Finch? Calvin Finch é um tipo de personalidade ENTJ em mbti, 7w8 - - 738 em enneagram, em Big 5, em sociônicos."

Look I know I'm gonna sound crazy but hear me out,, Let's review Sam's paper on his brother "The thing I remember is when he made up his mind about something, that was it." This sounds like the work of a very strong judging function. And this is Sam's opening line, so clearly this aspect of his brother strongly defined him, at least in his eyes. But one line is hardly proof so let's continue. "My brother said he'd die before he ate another mushroom, and he did." Presumably he had a bad sensory experience with mushrooms, and made a fairly hasty decision based on that. This seems like a low tolerence for bad s(e) but let's keep going just to make sure "At Barbara's funeral, we swore to never be afraid again. And he wasn't." Okay okay I'm excited now! The pieces seem to be coming together!! So far our knowledge of Calvin based on this letter is thus: Strong willed Doesn't look back once a choice is made Adverse to bad sensory experience Dismissive of emotions This could describe ENTJ and ESFP, but it sounds more ENTJ due to how it's presented. Calvin is someone who confidently and strongly makes choices (Te), then moves forward based on those decisions (ni). And in addition to the low tolerance for bad physical stimiuli if you look at his foot and the official character models you'll see that he is covered in marks and bruises, showing poor ability to interact with the phyisical world. "But someone being clumsy doesn't automatically mean low se!" Yes I know, just hold that thought for a minute, we'll get back to it. Also the strong disdain for emotions seems to imply they should be low in the stack as well. "I think Calvin always wanted to fly. But that day he made up his mind to do it." (Not getting back to that point just yet but notice how during this part Calvin just completely ignores his mother calling him to dinner, seemingly too focused on his current objective to even verbally respond. This also seems like ni>se but anyway) "I told him going around was impossible. Maybe if I hadn't said that... or maybe if the wind hadn't picked up, maybe he'd still be here, but I doubt it. I think he'd already made up his mind." Notice the emphasis put on Calvin's strong decision making progress. This is a reccuring theme throughout this paper, and while his behavior is obviously reckless I don't think it's done without thought. I think the opposite: I see such strong drive to prove oneself that it comes at the expense of his physical wellbeing, and awareness of his physical surroundings. So let's get back to that clumsy thing. Yes, being clumsy doesn't automatically eliminate se dom, but why is Calvin clumsy? If it's not already obvious, I think he's so stuck on looking forward and moving forward that the present suffers. I think he exists more in his mind than in the world around him. And Sam corroborates this as well in Gregory's story. "He reminded me so much of Calvin. Lost in his own imagination." So if Calvin's clumsiness is due to being more stuck in his head,, doesn't THAT seem to suggest his intuitive function comes first? I think so. Ultimately Calvin is most defined by a desire to prove himself and to keep moving foward. Classic ENTJ stuff. "That's how I wanna remember about my brother. The day he made up his mind to fly... and he did."
