Ehhh, I kinda get an Si vibe from him. Sort of like Megumi, but unlike Megumi who is more independent and focused on his personal values in relation to his sensory impressions (Si-Fi), Noritoshi seems to be more inclined towards objective duty responsibility in relation to his sensory impressions (Te-Si). I feel like he has a more commanding personality than an IxTJ would, albeit he is understated and reserved. Though I'm not entirely sure and would be open to hearing arguments for any other xxTJ type (I think Te is definitely higher in his stack).
