He is really one of the best ISTP representation that I've seen in television especially from how kind he is just from how he cares for people in his life and would go the extra mile for them. Most of the time ISTPs are represented as the cold hearted badass but with Ryan, only acts badass in the surface because of what he goes through in his life with people in Chino before going to the O.C., He is more of a protector than someone who doesn't give a shit about anyone and he is someone who support his love ones and try to protect them even if they don't believe them. His Se-Ti usage and also his 6w5 core shows when he figures out what Oliver was trying to do to get closer to Marissa even though he had his doubts from time to time.
