i love that this is voted ENTP 5 because as an ENTP 7 i can tell this game suits my cognitive functions but definitely not my motivations lmao whenever i play or DM i’m more focused on the adventure itself than crunching numbers or leet strats… which i know are the reasons my ENTP 5 and ENTP 3 friends/family are more geared to the gameplay itself. i’m just a nerd for the lore and the roleplay! my motto is if an experience is just fun and nothing else, then it’s worth doing. there’s a whole lot of fun to be had with D&D, but the motivation for many players is carried heavily in understanding the calculations of it all. which i respect and admire, but i’m too much of a “theatre kid” so all i wanna do is put on funny voices, create weird characters, and go on an adventure lol
