Dipper O'rion, known as Hokuto Shijima (志し島じま 北ほく斗と Shijima Hokuto) in the Japanese version, is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime and is the representative for the Leo Institute of Dueling's Xyz Summon course.
