River Tam tipo de personalidade mbti

Personalidade

"Que tipo de personalidade é River Tam? River Tam é um tipo de personalidade INTJ em mbti, 8w7 - sp/sx - 852 em enneagram, RLOEI em Big 5, ILI em sociônicos."

p1: Before I get into my own analysis, there are two arguing points that I'm seeing in these comments for the ENTJ typing that absolutely need to be addressed. First, incorrectly calling River's emotional instability an "Fi grip". River's emotional instability is - as explicitly stated in the episode "Ariel" - on account of her amygdala being surgically impaired. Severn Clinic: "The amygdala plays a critical role in processing emotions, particularly fear. It is involved in the perception of emotions, the formation of emotional memories; the amygdala helps the brain respond to emotionally charged stimuli; it is also involved in processing social and moral emotions, such as empathy and guilt. During stressful or emotional times, [the amygdala] is activated to process these feelings. Damage to the amygdala can result in changes in emotional regulation and behaviour, and can lead to issues with anxiety, fear, and irritability." Flint Rehab: "Individuals with amygdala damage may experience difficulty with emotional regulation, primarily in regards to fear. Individuals may experience irritability, confusion, and a variety of strong emotions." As Simon explained, River's emotional confusion and instability are symptoms of 𝗮𝗺𝘆𝗴𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗱𝘆𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (specifically damage to the 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 amygdala, which regulates negative emotion - notably fear and sadness). It is a medical issue caused by physical damage. This is not related to MBTI. Cleveland Clinic also notes that damage to the amygdala can cause "Intermittent Explosive Disorder" (IED), described as: "A mental health condition marked by frequent impulsive anger outbursts or aggression. The episodes could be temper tantrums, verbal arguments or physical fights or aggression." Symptoms are described as: "Physically assaulting people or animals, such as shoving, slapping, punching or using a weapon to cause harm. Property/object damage, such as throwing, kicking or breaking objects and slamming doors." Dr. Thomas W. Freeman did a 2013 study on a 5-year-old Chinese boy who suffered amygdala impairment. He wrote: "During the first year in his adoptive home, he became aggressive, displaying spontaneous aggression toward his adoptive family. ... Our patient had a history of spontaneous, apparently unprovoked aggression associated with inappropriate affect (for example, smiling while pulling out clumps of his sibling’s hair)." This is much like River's outbursts. VERY IMPORTANT - Any MBTI type with a dysfunctional amygdala can face these same emotional challenges. It is NOT an "Fi grip", nor is it related to typology. This aspect of River should not be used as an arguing point for typing her. Second point - people here incorrectly calling River's physical impulsivity "high Se". It's interesting that some voters jumped to the interpretation that River's outbursts and physical aggression is "high Se" and an "Fi grip", when this could have just as easily been read as an Se grip - embracing physical recklessness in a desperate attempt to "align the dots" within her cerebral portrait. Namely - stressed dominant Ni seeking convergent singularity of interpretation manifesting through impulsive and physically destructive Se. Regardless, this proclivity is neither "high Se" nor an "Se grip". River's destructive physical expression is directly caused by two things: 1) Emotional outbursts on account of 𝗮𝗺𝘆𝗴𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗱𝘆𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and 2) Subliminal triggering. Neither are related to MBTI. Calling her combat skills "Se" is ignoring key points of her story and character. These abilities go back to her reformation at The Academy to make her into a sleeper assassin, as mentioned in Serenity, where it was noted that River had been specifically programmed to initiate the bar fight on Beaumonde, and her skill set was embedded into her at The Academy to make her into a government weapon. Like her emotional instability, her combat skills and physical impulsivity also need to be left off the table when typing her. Accurate typing of River's character requires evaluation of her mental processing BEFORE she underwent experimental alteration at The Academy on Sihnon - and on a later timeline (during the series and film), by disregarding the two points mentioned above - 1) emotional volatility caused by amygdala damage, and 2) advanced combat abilities embedded in her at The Academy. Doing so reveals a pronounced preference for Fi, while Se sits in the inferior position. - cont'd in replies

Biografia

River is the aforementioned precious cargo, and Simon's little sister. She's stone cold crazy. With good reason, though, and she gets a bit better. She's also a prodigy par excellence, taking to difficult subjects with ease (considering university-level physics to be a "challenge" when she was fourteen, for example). She's enough of an asset to the crew at critical times that it makes up for being the load when she's freaking out.
