His Se and Ti are too strong to be ignored. An example of a strong Se user is Dylan Wang, who is very competitive in getting 1st place especially in physical games, and I've seen the same pattern with Bai Jingting. I would say that he's most likely an introvert, so ISTP, instead of ESTP. ISTP and ESTP are poles apart on their extrovert/introvert spectrum.
