I love music but often I forget to listen to it as I get engrossed in my overthinking and learning about new stuff, discussing stuff, deducing some puzzles, playing video games, getting new perspectives and experiences. Music keeps playing in my virtual high quality stereo in my mind though. Even if I may not listen to irl. As a result, I end up having a repetitive music taste full of video game music mainly based on the video games I play. Such as Geometry Dash, Hotline Miami, Katana Zero, Celeste, etc. I know what sounds amazing, pleasurable but at the same time immersive, instrument oriented, etc. As such, it makes my music taste great, I suppose. That's confined to the few types of music I often listen to. I listen to what makes me feel alive. I listen to vibe with the atmosphere, just like when such music plays in a game. Perks of being a Ti-Se user. So, it's actually great taste in music, ngl. However, it actually feels a little limiting at times cause nostalgia is pain eventually. So, as long as I try out new stuff or listen to stuff I haven't listened to in a while, I won't feel dull about it.
