Baroness pretty much displayed a lot of that Te-Si throughout the movie, for her MBTI. (ESTJ) Her communication tends to be very direct. She’s also very controlling and strategic. She doesn’t seem so concerned on how her actions will affect others. She usually speaks her own mind off. Majority of the time, she is great at bottling up her emotions, until what we saw towards the ending. (Te) I also think she doesn't state/talk about her beliefs often, although she seems to have pretty strong ones... (Fi) Her planing of murdering Cruella or hiring Estella was pretty unplanned, I guess. Her planning on also using the taser on one of her guards (I think) or just showing up to kill Cruella was pretty shrewd and an idea that pulled her to doing those. She goes through and often prefers to follow a routine. She also values tradition and style very much. (Si-Ne) I think her Tritype is 386. I’m just going to analyze the first two though. 3w4 makes sense, because her guards Jeffery states, “Baroness likes looks.” (I know that wasn’t the phrase, but it’s similar) She’s also very into success and focused on what she wants. She cares for her personal success very much and is very confident in doing her work. Even in a few moments, she was seen as sorta selfish. I would say the Ni for ENTJ may be coming from this… I say she’s an 8w7, due to her leading and assertive personality.
