So, the main debate here is between Si and Ni, though some considered her as Te dom, which I think is a right assumption. First, let's give a brief analysis of functions, I will explain how I personally understand them based on Jung's work ("Psychological types") and newer data from internet (PDB, Big Five, wikepedia and etc.) Si: generally a reactive function, Si doms can be passive and indesicive, yet Te aux can compensate this, however in special manner: e.g. ISTJ's can be great executives, but they still need a first push, a straightforward instruction, plan, order, etc. ready for them. Ni: unbounded by logic or feelings inclusive private special perception of the world, subjective ideas that fully absorb Ni dom minds. Funny thing is, in 8 function model Ni is the complete opposite of Si - Ni have their unique vision of things, which is not shattered by outer world facts, events. While Si is subjective reflection of objective world happenings, Ni is reflection of subjective one. Te: this function stands out, because it's not an element of opposition pair. Te is fully logical function, pragmatic orientated, practical, reasonable. Te dom's aren't bothered by ethics or morals, they base their opinion solely on objective data and reason. What is important for our analysisis that this function is not introverted and is a very active, maybe the most, function. Thus, Te dom's are cognitive extraverts with strongest motivation to change the world around them, to have an impact on objective datum. Let's draw one important conclusion from this analysis. While most argue over opposite functions (Si and Ni), Te seems like a compromise. It's natural to propose that if character is argued to have incompatible dominant functions, then maybe he have none of them as dominant? But this suggestion is shallow, let's finally talk about Lute. Lute is not reactive, reflective individual, passive towards objective world influence (Si), and she is not rather a visionary with unique perspective (Ni). It's clear that she is quite active toward outer world happenings (e.g. she have the one of highest positions in Adam's army hierarchy; She had a deal with Lilith not including Adam, which shows that she is not to be ordered around without her own influence; She almost ordered Lilith to neutralize Charlie; She was the one who started an attack on Charlie on the trial). On the contrast with Si dom - Vaggie - she is commander herself, making her own desicions (while Vaggie almost always doing what Charlie says). What kind of subjective, private, not-like-other's vision she have (Ni)? It's very clear that she admires existing in heaven hierarchy, sticks to actual rules, believes in truthfulness of old practics, approaches. It doesn't seem either thst she is Se inf, since she is good warrior, quite confident in her actions around herself in physical world, have quite impulsive nature. Another argument against these two functions will be that she have no Fi tert whatsoever. Again, on a contrast with Vaggie, she had't have pesonal binding to Adam, since she was agreed to the Lilith's plan. Her speech on a trial displays pure reason untouched by Charlie's emotional arguments and empathy for sinners. She embraces objective logical reasoning: Angel Dust is a drug addict prostitute, why we even bother to talk about his redemption if it's clear that he is lost already? So, I think the best option for her is Te dom, and for her second function I think it will be Si (passiveness towards existing structure and system of heaven, rather than boundlessness by objectiveness perspective of her own ideas). Also, I suppose it's quite plausible that she is Fi inf, because she is uneffected by emotions, feelings or inner values: her main value is objective effectiveness, impact on outer world, supported by experienced practices and fundamentals of heavens order.
