Venti tipo de personalidade mbti

Personalidade

"Que tipo de personalidade é Venti? Venti é um tipo de personalidade ENFP em mbti, 7w6 - sx/so - 792 em enneagram, SCUAI em Big 5, IEE em sociônicos."

I see why people think Fe. Most people seem to be attributing it to the way Venti shows empathy even in unusual or difficult situations, and to his belief that everyone needs to define freedom for themselves. However, I would argue that this is Fi usage, not Fe. He wants everyone to define freedom for themselves because those are his personal values. He discovered these values in the first place because of his experience with the Nameless Bard, so for him, it's extremely personal and not based on values that are largely accepted by society or his sympathy for others. I.e, he wouldn't want someone to decide what freedom was for him, so he doesn't want to decide that for others. Beyond that, while he tries to appear like he doesn't want to influence the Traveller and others to agree with him, he gives so many speeches about why freedom is important and why the Traveller should appreciate the journey, and why the Traveller should empathize with Dvalin or Stanley. I don't think a tertiary Fe user would care so much about instilling their values in other people. He only approaches it in that roundabout way because it's ALSO his value that people should be free and decide things for themselves, and I think that is why many people are mistyping him as an Fe user. In his story quest with Stanley, he empathizes with him and helps him not because it is the socially, widely accepted morally right thing to do, but because he personally empathizes with his experience. He helps him in the way he would most like to be helped. I think if we look at what we know about Venti before he became an archon, that character is clearly using Ne-Fi rather than Ne-Ti. He doesn't have any ambition or plans and he doesn't show Ti. In fact he doesn't give anything much thought at all. He doesn't analyze his role in Mondstadt or the state of things with Decarabian and how it's affecting the people of Mondstadt at all. This does not suggest Ti to me, and it is probably because he is using Fi. He hasn't experienced the negative effects of Decarabian's rule firsthand and so he cannot empathize with the people until he befriends the Nameless Bard. After that, he begins to form his own values. He wants to stand up for the people of Mondstadt now because he cares so deeply for the Nameless Bard, and the way Decarabian is ruling is hurting his friend. Only when he can directly empathize do we see him show empathy. He doesn't ever show it just because it is the appropriate, kind thing to do. That's Fi, not Fe. ENTPs are explorers of ideas. Venti is content to do the same thing for 2000 years because it aligns with his values. He definitely uses a feeling function over a thinking function. I can see how people might interpret his actions as those of an ENTP because on the surface he's just sort of doing whatever he feels like. But if you look at his actions in respect to his backstory and the speeches he gives throughout the game, it's clear that that's not really what's going on. He is "doing whatever he feels like" because he thinks that's what freedom is, and it's his personally held belief (Fi) that everyone should be free. But he isn't actually doing that in the first place. For 2000 years he has carried on the aspirations of his friend, fighting a war he hates and distancing himself from people he loves because he feels he has to in order to live up to his own values. No one placed this task upon him, he does it because it's what his values say he should do. The irony of him being the god of freedom is that he is trying to create a place where everyone is truly free except for him. Of course, he really does enjoy novelty and exploration. He is curious and optimistic, and is very interested in learning about people and how they react to things he does. But that reads more as Ne-Fi than Ne-Ti to me. He doesn't show any interest in learning how the world works or experimenting with theories and ideas. He doesn't show interest in thinking for the sake of thinking. Furthermore, even if you think the feeling function he is using is Fe, that doesn't really point towards ENTP. Most ENTPs don't have good usage of Fe. They tend to fixate on what they think is logical at the expense of others' well-being. For example there's Kokichi Ouma, 707, Osamu Dazai, Tony Stark, Edward Elric etc. Venti is the antithesis of this; he does what is illogical for the sake of others' well being, or at the very least never puts logic first. Also, this isn't really an argument for him being ENFP, but it's something I think would be very satisfying from a storytelling perspective. Since Zhongli and Venti are intended to be complete foils for each other, it would make sense if they were cognitive opposites too. :3 I can elaborate on this more but I'm hitting the character limit ;_;

Biografia

Venti is a playable Anemo character in Genshin Impact. He is the free-spirited, wine-loving bard in Mondstadt who will share you his stories and maybe even sing for you if you buy him some wine. It appears there is more than meets the eye to the half-witted bard.
