No way AI is INTJ. It literally takes action towards a specific goal based on an ever-increasing specific database, a Si-Te/Te-Si mimic most likely. You could say it's a Si-Fe-Ti user if it was programmed with a humanitarian scope. And a very powerful super AI will mimic Ne use: the theory of technological singularity is literally expressed through something called "intelligence explosion" when the AI will use everything it has accumulated to run info overlapping calculations several billion or more times a second to deduce new info, which broadens its scope for the next overlapping session. The smarter it gets, the faster it gets smarter. It'd mimic either INTP with stupid high Si or ESTJ with stupid high Ne. Either way, all functions would be taken to absurd levels, but Ni-Se is the last thing an AI would possess.
