Guys I can explain why is he an ISTJ 1w9 (according to my AU and an average Germany headcanon). 1. Si - Introverted Sensing → Germany is known as a country who lost two world war. Nowadays, he's trying not to be like his father or grandfather. Because he thinks that history repeats itself, that's a Si user's life style. → Germany likes to comply rules, stay loyal to tradition and go to the same places (like his office, home etc.). Germany is also known as stickler for rules, he's a punctcual country. → Although he's trying not to be like his father or grandfather, he still stays loyal to his own tradition. His heart is full with a huge nationalism. He tried to destroy Berlin Wall and unite with his twin brother, East Germany. He also loves history, espeically his own history. I think he's proud of his grand grandfather, Prussia. → Germany knows as well what happened in the past time. Now he's acting like those bad memories never gonna happen again. 2. Te - Extraverted Thinking → Germany's focused to productivity. In 1950s, he tried to fix his economy - and ofc the other countries' economy. In 1957, Germany created Europan Economic Community with France, Benelux and Italy. → While he's trying to expanding the community, he tried to obey ethics and keep his diplomatic relationships good. He thought it'll be useful for the community and his own interest. → He did EVERYTHING to keep people in European Union. He brought human rights, fishing politicy, common currency (euro and cent), reform, research, regional politics, budget, and a lot of things i cannot say right now. But I can say, he paid the price for what his father did in ww2. (I think it's Si-Te combination, because he tried to decide a productivity thing for paid the price for what happened the past.) → He obeys to rules and do productivity things. (That's an also Si-Te combination) → Now he's trying to save entertainment for a better Europe. (i guess...?) 3. Fi - Introverted Feeling → He's introvert and he has a few friends (i think his best friends are just Poland and Italy). Because he chooses his friends according to his own moral principles. He values his own ethics from the deep heart. That's because he doesn't talk with anyone at all. He doesn't act rude to people who doesn't comply his own ethics, but he gives a way. → Despite his family's sins, he actually HATES hear the bad things about his family. It proves that he keeps his family values and his own feelings. Also he's trying to tell people that German history isn't just German Empire and Third Reich. → When he decides a thing, he doesn't ignore his own ethics - even for productivity. (That's a Te-Fi combination) → As he makes judgments, Germany often makes personal interpretations based on his internal set of values. (That's an also Te-Fi combination) 4. Ne - Extraverted Intuition → When the topic is about the past memories, Germany starts talking about his childhood memories with a lot of details. (Si-Ne combination) → Germany doesn't get outburst of emotion like ENFPs, but he can make new possibilities in the future for what happened in the past. I mean, Germany can see what could've happen during a war according to past. Example, Germany can see what would happen if Russia-Ukraine War doesn't stop and goes worse, according to what have Russians done in the past. Now I'm gonna explain why is he an 1w9 “The world is imperfect and I must work towards improving it. I must be good/right/perfect and avoid mistakes. I must distinguish between right and wrong and apply myself diligently to make the world better ” Type 1: The Reformer → Germany values honesty and diplomatic relationships SO MUCH. Unlike his father, he tries to solve problems with diplomatic ways. → E1 people are known as perfectionist. Germany is trying not to be like his father and tarnish his image. → According to his thoughs, the other countries are unpunctual, irresponsible and lazy. → He IS Enneagram 1 because his father taught that he must distinguish between right and wrong and apply himself diligently to make Germans better. Of course Germany accepted it, but he changed the "right and wrong" molds. If he didn't change them, he wouldn't be unlike his father. → I typed him as 1w9 and NOT 1w2, because he isn't kinda... "people-pleaser" More like, he tries to make the world peacer. I know I mentioned Germany's father SO MUCH, but i think his father is reason of why is Germany like that.
