He is definitely not someone who primarily relies on objective logic like a Te user. And yes, he shows strong tendencies of psychological abnormality. Some of the information I found is incredibly useful for considering his Enneagram (he likely has an 8 core), which points to a complex personality stemming from personality disorders and delusions. He is 100% biased in his behavior. Regardless of their MBTI type, people with a tendency toward Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) always exhibit flawed logic, even if they are Thinkers. While NPD isn't explicitly diagnosed in his NSA file, it does note that he has "Tyrannical/Megalomaniacal" tendencies. However, he uses this in a highly unhealthy way: he values human life less than his own kind and completely lacks a sense of abstract morality. This is pure, unhealthy Ti Parent. He operates on subjective, critical logic because he has established his own personal logical baseline for reality, which completely contradicts universal norms and laws. I tried to figure out the motivation behind his beliefs. I think he has rationalized this thoroughly in his own way, and to him, it is the absolute truth. If we follow his subjective logic without factoring in social ethics or objective laws (which would be a Te vibe) the "truth" is that the Super race is superior in many ways. They have powers, abilities, and physical strength. According to the natural food chain and natural selection, they have the right to seize power and wage war if they are capable of doing so. (Though in reality, the strongest don't always survive; **it's usually the most adaptable who survive.**)
