I think he's an ISTP with some sort of mental disorder. "I just want the best of everything" Well..sure seems like Se to me. I could see this being his child SFP making him an NTJ. But this man is chaotic. I can't in good faith type him as anything besides perceiver. He says weird things like "pussy, pasta, privacy" which--again--caricature of an ISTP his own weird logic applied to seeking new experiences and seeking them alone. His desire to sow chaos just seems like a result of actual oddity.. not so much machiavellianism. Hence, I'm voting Ti > Te but clearly there is an Ni/Se axis here.
