He puts up with the duty of being King for Alicent so she'll appreciate him (giving to get), but grows to enjoy the power that comes with it. He's very hedonistic, which is just as much a 2 trait as it is 7. On top of that, he's very interested in creating a persona that the public will adore and admire.
