Andy Von De Oniyate (アンディ・フォン・デ・オニヤテ Andi Fon De Oniyate?) was a rich, egocentric bounty hunter with a cowboy gimmick. As such, he had interactions with the Bebop crew, particularly Spike Spiegel. Andy is a rich, incompetent, self-centered, stubborn and selfish bounty hunter. He later on develops a new code, following the code of a samurai and dons a new look.
