I originally said INFJ but on a recent rewatch have changed it to ENFJ. I have left my original argument for INFJ in the comments further down because it's still valid, but doesn't take into account some smaller details of the show. You could argue for both, but I will settle on ENFJ. The below is my explanation to a friend on why I think she's ENFJ. I left one on Treize's page for INFJ. In the episode where Relena visits Romefeller, she trusted Dorothy and went with her to keep the peace and not cause problems, believing if she didn't trust her, she couldn't be an example of her ideals of trusting others. She accepted that invitation in the belief of harmony, knowing if she never came to talk to Romefeller, they'd never get along. She also got upset and her beliefs shaken in both cases when someone else close to her got injured. Whenever someone says "Hey Relena, your life is at risk" she shows that classic XNFJ rebellious strength and stubbornness of "I don't give a **** if I die for my beliefs, it won't change a thing". She doesn't care about herself as a person, but not really in the low self confidence in way... We know Relena doesn't lack for confidence. But she sees herself as a vehicle for her beliefs, instead of a "human being". But when it comes to others getting hurt because of her beliefs, she's immediately thinking "Oh no, am I going down the wrong path?" In the early episodes, she's also exceedingly kind to her friends and protects them in their time of need. She has this widespread popularity and is beloved by all, which really shows how healthy and widespread her connections with others were prior to the show.
