Not considering that she is a completely undisclosed character, I'm sticking to INTP. Si: Even if she might be in a Ti+Si loop, which would explain why she has such a strong Si, I'm not certain about it. Yeah, she constantly appeals to the past shared with Yato which makes her kinda nostalgic, even obsessed, idealizing it, and trying to bring Yato back no matter what (The situation with Rabo). (Anyway, i want to read some other people's opinion on this, cause i cant really see any explicit Ne, so, wanna see if I'm right or not.) Ti: She is pretty good at analysing the situation. Rationality is the only thing that matters to her ( except for Yato, of course ), if something goes wrong, she finds the best solution possible. She can easily get rid of or abandon a former ally if he does not see any further benefit in him. ( Kugaha ) Fe: She is also extremely persuasive and manipulative , as shown by her manipulation of gods ( Yato, when she was playing with his affection to her, before he took her name ), humans ( Hiyori ) and other shinki. ( e.g. Yukine, when she made him doubt Yato). This level of development of Fe can be easily explained with her age. She and Yato lived for ages and she had enough time to learn how to make people do what she wants ( In season 2, when she was convinced Yato to work for 'Father' ) and how to hide her true intentions.
