I think Yoh struggles more with Ti than she does with Ne. She was able to piece together inconsistencies in Omi's messages and realise something was wrong (Fe+Ne), but allowed herself to be lead into danger while not considering that this was meant to lure her (Wouldn't Omi have reached out to Koji, who she trusts equally if she had dirt on Fuminori?) and willingly ignored her instincts out of concern for her friend. Yoh's most distinctive flaws are her timidness, cowardice, and lack of assertiveness which all sound like typical 9 struggles. Yoh recognises and deeply resents this aspect of her and desires to move herself in the opposite direction which influenced her decision to take that path despite the many blatant red flags. I think an ISFJ (especially an ISFJ 6) would have obeyed their instincts and avoided danger (Si>Fe) but feel guilty afterwards never truly knowing if there was anything they could have done that would have prevented this chain of tragedy (Inf Ne). Edit 11/05/21: I'll revamp one of my statements. Following gut feelings/obeying instincts is more of a Ni-Se thing. I actually think an ISFJ would have followed a more logical course of action and gotten the authorities involved. ISFJ's also have inferior Ne and fear/are uncomfortable in unpredictable situations. They're more risk averse because of this and gravitate towards the safe side (Si+Ti). Yoh was scared (Anyone would have been) but she didn't outright reject the "what coulds" of the situation
