I think her strong use of Si is pretty clear, especially since she is so proud/fond of her country's traditions and she references her memories and sentiments from the past pretty frequently. I also tend to think she is a dominant Te user rather than an Fe user though, because she has a very decisive and take-charge demeanor and she seems to value effectiveness and efficiency over social harmony (an example of this is in the way she crashed the festivities in the beginning of the Witcher 3 expansion -- she was very decisive and didn't care about ordering people around and ruining the emotional atmosphere of the group in order to accomplish her goal). ESTJ seems like a good match for her overall.
