Octavia is a very chaotic person to say the least, she likes trying to be annoying in every way possible. She enjoys pranking people, but doesn't understand when she goes too far with her pranks. Often making her not that fun to be around. She's generally just annoying as well as she is very talkative, talking about things most people don't care about. She's also pretty dumb and oblivious, not really understanding what's going on and why people don't really like her. Despite her "insane" nature, she is still a normal person. And can be really nice when she isn't trying to annoy people. She's also kind of shy around people she doesn't really know
