I feel like some people voted her ESFP because she is spoiled, childish and has a habit of throwing emotional tantrums whenever she fights with Claire. However throughout the show I can't help but notice her Ti-Fe. Though not particularly intellectual, she seems to have built a personal framework of methods to get what she wants or get away from troubles in real situations. There are numerous occasions where she successfully gets an upper hand over Claire and Phil by using her tricks without them even predict it. She also seems to be comfortably using tert Fe to manipulate them numerous times, she is sociable and good at people skills on a surface level (exactly what appears as a sign of tertiary function). On the other hand, I don't think she's really in touch with her own moral code or emotions that much. Yes she can be emotional at times but that's not a convincing argument for Fi. *P/s: She may bear the last name Dunphy, but like her siblings, mom, uncle and grandpa, she is a true Prittchett, Pritchetts are Thinkers
