I have read the descriptions of both Ne and Se dom, but he partly fits both. I think Se fits a little better because he is motivated by physical sensations and is always searching for them. Ne dom is able to generate curiosity in others and use that curiosity to get them to do things, while Se is more straightforward about the things he wants and is more likely to use aggression to achieve them. Like when he saw the slime that could melt people's clothes, he immediately said, "That one is mine" or something along those lines. I mean, other people mostly call him pervert because of his actions or because he is very straightforward with his desires.
