Eugene's a very good example of a high Fi man who forces out his Te function to an almost excessive use because of trauma and societal pressure on male aloofness. It was probably highly unhealthy and even clumsy when he first does it, but after years, even decades of using Te function excessively, it seems almost natural and healthy to him. Despite this, his suppressed Fi dom is still SO NATURAL compared to his Te. In his BTS for his coming out video, he does have a large vision (Ni) and is pretty effective in his work ethic (Te), but ultimately he wants to send out a message on his experience as a gay man to the world, aka the most Fi dom shit you'll see. Even in his BTS for the Buzzfeed wedding video he doesn't simply direct the filming by giving instructions (which is usually Ni), he demonstrates the moves he wants the models to recreate and tries to engage them in giving a certain "mood" or expression (Se with hints of Fi). I think his rudeness differs from INTJ rudeness. INTJs may not know that they're being rude or are often accidentally rude due to blind Fe. ISFPs (or Fi doms in general) KNOW they're being rude and generally don't care because their Fi precedes everything. When Eugene does care and want to be nice he actually does it very well, his overall demeaning personality is likely just something that's more marketable in Buzzfeed and Try Guys dynamic, and likely society too since he often got mocked for being highly emotional.
