This guy is literally me. E5 personified. (Don't take this as my argument) E5 fits because of his deep fear for the external world which makes him retreat into his inner self rather than actively engage with the surrounding envionrment. This is basically what Kirito does with video games and movies. In the game, rather than joining any guilds or interacting with others in the surrounding enviornment, he chooss to stay to himself and hoard all of his knowledge and experience (avarice). Why would he EVER be 3 core? He chooses to destroy his self image in the game, and he does that multiple times EVEN when given the opportunity for status in episode 2 (end of Kobold lord fight) 8 core for him is just bad lmaoo As for MBTI, I don't know how, but this guy has as much Ni as Ne. I'll make an argument here later, I guess. I can't decide between INTJ and INTP, but I do see Ti. I'll look into this dude a bit more. EDIT: Okay, after watching SAOA19, I think he might be a Ti dom (he got really mad at Sugou's logical inconsistencies, like really, and at the first 30 seconds, you can see his Ti-Ne at work). Additionally, Kirito from the original seems to have made the connection between Se-Ni and Heathcliff by observing the environment and forming the hunch that Heathcliff is Kayaba, whereas Abridged Kirito uses Ne-Si by relating the information seen from the present and then comparing it to past information to figure out that Heathcliff is Kayaba. He sort of seems like an INTP but also an INTJ as well. Leaning INTP because the latest episode he displayed copious amounts of Ti.

The Hero of this series, or maybe it's better to call him the best player in SAO. This take on Kirito is an extremely snarky, sarcastic, and antisocial Jerkass with a low opinion of pretty much everybody who isn't him, though deep down he actually does care about others. It's just that it takes quite a bit to bring this out.
