I don't find him using Fi. All I see is he rarely puts his feelings first and hides his desires. He is clearly a Fe man. He really puts his wife's feelings first and fulfills her wishes no matter what. He values the harmony between his subordinates. He even went hunting for his servant so that they wouldn't starve. For NI, his subordinate mentioned that he is insightful about how mobility is important in war, so he bought many war horses, and he can rightly predict his wife's reason for wanting a heir.
