Initially, I wanted to give a quote from Kuafu which says that Eigong is not a person who could failed so bad during cure investigation, because ordinary she got everything right from the first try, but I couldn't have found this quote (I hope it is not just my memory plays tricks with me; I also remember moment about lore when Eigong chooses Yi over Goumang as student, but I couldn't find it too) Also, we have very few information about her personality per se in contrast with different sols, because for the latter we have accesses to their memories in soulscape, while with Eigong we have story about her research on cure, which is of course shed light on her personality, but not about Eigong's growth and how did she become a person she is, which could have been very useful information in determing her type etc. Anyway, I think Eigong fits e1 villain archetype very well. She is obsessed with high and break-trough ideals, that are not wrong-in-itself (besides game meta-narrative about how bad science are and bla-bla-bla; I don't see nothing wrong with wish for immortality, finding cure for lethal very contagious disease), but her means are, of course, disastrous and unethical (I think Light Yagami is a good parallel here). In the end, her mental health quite likely shattered from all of those failures and she completely collapsed in torn from commonsense (which is more e6 Yi's thing - he says to her that turning everyone in mutants is not an answer and he can't see her perspective) ideational mania that, in some respects, do have sense - she really achieved immortality and really did find the truth. So, in the end, she really didn't have goals that can be considered bad - and that's a classic villain e1 thing - she didn't strive for power, money, pleasures (and we can say that practically all of other Sols did), she did what she thought was best for solarians and she found alternative, that, in retrospective, is not obviously wrong, because in normal ending we just have Yi that could or could not find the cure and the state of affairs is pretty unknown, and in true ending all of solarians just dies. And this is debatable, which is better for solarians (consider this moment: when she turned into mutant, she could keep reason and control over herself. Maybe this is because of her incredible willpower, and maybe this is something more interesting). Anyway, my point is - good goals, not selfish, bad means - e1 villain. 1w2 I think is more likely because she is more interested in helping others through control over them and manipulations (which is kinda unhealthy e2 thing) and she is not in any respect a peacemaker, which preferred really to do nothing with current state of affairs, and in no way to do such a radical thing as to turn everyone into mutants. She also values proficiency and accuracy, when we defeats her she compliments us for being very determinate and accurate during the fight with her. As for mbti type - I would not argue here for ENTJ, I think it is pretty obvious (considering everything I said above too) and it is consensus here anyway. Te dom is pretty obvious, as Ni aux too (I would say that Ni is even more obvious than Te).
