Since he's the same nature as Agares, he must share at least something with him if not a lot. With Agares being in Order of Virtues in past, it seems Vassago also has tendecies to be more "good" than most demons, and especially Agares. But I'm not sure if we can call him a goodie-sweetie-pie, since he's still among high demons where you're forced to face competition, cruelty, and a lot of other not-so-morally-nice stuff. So I'd say he's more of a Lawful Neutral, plus considering I think they're being compared to lawful good somewhat. Good Nature or not, he's still a demon under Lucifer's command.
