MBTI - Te-Si-Ne-Fi —> Te-Fi: I feel that JJJ primarily “[used] empirical data to make economical and effective decisions” and was a “[natural] at identifying problems” and “quickly removing obstacles” — As the editor in chief of the daily bugle, JJJ was a master of task delegation and efficiency, able to manage people and their responsibilities with ease, especially in his relationship with Peter Parker as even despite his blunt criticisms of the photographer’s work, the photos being provided were making money and getting The Daily Bugle publicized. —> Te-Si: In general, I feel that JJJ - outside of his possibly more manically-driven agendas - demonstrated that he, for the most part, “[strived] for healthy goals and [learned] from mistakes” and was “able to handle discomfort and treat it as a learning challenge” — I think in Spider-Man 2, JJJ demonstrated that even with his boisterous manner, he primarily referenced a stabilized line of thinking, such as his initial speculation upon the pieces of evidence having suggested that Spider-Man may have actually been a hero, but when circumstances changed right back, JJJ deferred back to his original position, ultimately seeing Spider-Man as a threat to stability. —> Si-Ne: Now this is not make a white knight out of JJJ, but despite his more questionable behaviors, I actually feel that he demonstrated fairly balanced tertiary Ne by having been “flexible” and “open-minded” — Even though Eddie Brock proved to be a hack later on, JJJ demonstrated that he was open to new possibilities that would contribute to his overall priority for efficiency, as long as said new possibilities held up to his standards of stability. ENNEAGRAM - 8w7 so/sp —> Type 8: I feel that JJJ possessed his “own internal sense right of wrong” that was based on his internalized form of “‘justice’” through which he understood the “ways in which power is used and abused” — I think JJJ’s internalized understanding of one’s power over society and how it could be mishandled manifested through his skepticism over Spider-Man, who JJJ possibly perceived to be hiding his reasons for being above the law behind his mask; furthermore, JJJ demonstrated this integrity of being against power abuse when he bravely defended Peter Parker against the masked Green Goblin. —> Wing 7: I feel that JJJ was opportunistic in how he applied his sense of power, having sought to cover all bases by his having been “overtly ambitious” and his having “[relished] intensity of experience” — I think JJJ having snapped right back to being vehemently against Spider-Man in Spider-Man 2 was indicative of the Wing 7’s influence of having the ambition and openness to not let any opportunity go overlooked, especially considering the magnitude at which he rechecked himself. —> so/sp: I am going to take a guess here and suggest that JJJ actually had a Sexual blindspot as I think the magnitude and intensity of his Type 8-related energy might understandably cover up what truly was JJJ’s “heightened sense of responsibility” — I feel JJJ was primarily fixated on his career and having it be a stable post from which he could make powerful contributions to the social sphere; sure, he wanted to sale papers, but he also sought to get his morals out to the public with adamant force.
