Vader is ISTJ, Anakin is ENFP. In prequels Anakin is ESFP, but sorry, I think it's a bad writing. In the Clone War series, where Anakin is way better represented, he is ENFP. And it makes a lot of sense because Vader is ISTJ. ISTJ is a mirror image of ENFP. Let me explain something: when you are on a grip (stress), you use your functions the other way around; and your last function is starting to dominate. So the ENFP on the grip turns into an unhealthy ISTJ. And... Vader is UNHEALTHY ISTJ.
