Harang definitely has dom Ni, which means he is either INTJ or INFJ. However, I see him as an INFJ because of his Fe skill in hiding his true self. INFJ's are often known to look charming and deceptively harmless/have no I'll intentions or thoughts, when they're really planning on and thinking about some pretty dark stuff. INFJs will often use their aux Fe as well developed tool; merely a means to an end. Especially if something/someone triggered the Ni-Ti loop. In the scenes where we see Harang interact with his friend and those who don't know about his plot to 'free' the flower, he acts like his they'd expect a blind man to act. He recognizes his social standing and uses it to his advantage to deflect suspicion. He is also able to recognize what actions from Aewah will gain the emperor's trust with very little background knowledge. This is very Ni-Fe. He detects patterns and organizes them immediately, (Ni) These patterns usually relate to other people, (Fe) and he uses logical thinking (Ti) to form plans that he thinks might work. I'd say that the biggest difference between INTJs' and INFJs' thinking functions is that INFJs are far more theoretical in their thought process. INTJs think about what has worked and what will work, whereas INFJs think about what could work.
