This could imply that he got either low Se or Te. In this example, he was in pain and anger because of the woman that attacked him (Fi). And he used that as reason to take her life (Te). Throughout the story, Mark has shown his dislike towards surprises. 𝗡𝗲/𝗦𝗶: Si creates subjective impressions from the object in an indirect way. Unlike Se which remembers details of the object vividly, Si primarily recalls the “impressioned thing” from the object, e.g. color, sound, etc, when a similar situation is experienced. Here are a few examples: “𝖳𝗁𝖾𝗋𝖾’𝗌 𝖺 𝗀𝗋𝖾𝖺𝗍 𝗋𝗎𝗌𝗁𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗌𝗈𝗎𝗇𝖽 𝗂𝗇 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝖺𝗂𝗋 𝗍𝗁𝖺𝗍 𝗍𝖺𝗄𝖾𝗌 𝖬𝖺𝗋𝗄 𝖻𝖺𝖼𝗄 𝗍𝗈 𝗁𝗂𝗌 𝖿𝖺𝗆𝗂𝗅𝗒’𝗌 𝗏𝗂𝗌𝗂𝗍 𝗍𝗈 𝖭𝗂𝖺𝗀𝖺𝗋𝖺 𝖥𝖺𝗅𝗅𝗌 (𝖢𝗁𝖺𝗉𝗍𝖾𝗋 𝟥𝟧).” “𝖳𝗁𝖾 𝗌𝗁𝗈𝗎𝗍𝗌 𝖿𝗋𝗈𝗆 𝗍𝗁𝖾𝗂𝗋 𝗉𝗎𝗋𝗌𝗎𝖾𝗋𝗌 𝖾𝖼𝗁𝗈𝖾𝖽 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝗍𝗈𝗋𝖾 𝗍𝗁𝗋𝗈𝗎𝗀𝗁 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗇𝖺𝗋𝗋𝗈𝗐 𝗌𝗉𝖺𝖼𝖾 𝗈𝖿 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗁𝖺𝗅𝗅, 𝗋𝖾𝗆𝗂𝗇𝖽𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝖬𝖺𝗋𝗄 𝗈𝖿 𝗍𝗁𝖺𝗍 𝖺𝗅𝗆𝗈𝗌𝗍 𝗆𝗎𝖿𝖿𝗅𝖾𝖽 𝗌𝖼𝗋𝖾𝖾𝖼𝗁𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗌𝗈𝗎𝗇𝖽 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝖺𝗉𝗉𝗋𝗈𝖺𝖼𝗁𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗍𝗋𝖺𝗂𝗇𝗌 𝗈𝖿 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗌𝗎𝖻𝗍𝗋𝖺𝗇𝗌 𝗆𝖺𝖽𝖾 𝖺𝗌 𝗍𝗁𝖾𝗒 𝗌𝗉𝖾𝖽 𝖺𝗅𝗈𝗇𝗀 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗍𝗋𝖺𝖼𝗄𝗌 𝗈𝖿 𝗍𝗁𝖾𝗂𝗋 𝗍𝗎𝗇𝗇𝖾𝗅𝗌 (𝖢𝗁𝖺𝗉𝗍𝖾𝗋 𝟥𝟪).” On the other hand, Se views the object as it is in reality, making the subject able to make decisions easily in the moment rather than preparing and thinking for a future one. “𝖬𝖺𝗋𝗄 𝖿𝗈𝗅𝗅𝗈𝗐𝖾𝖽 𝗁𝗂𝗆, 𝖽𝖾𝗍𝖾𝗋𝗆𝗂𝗇𝖾𝖽 𝗍𝗈 𝗌𝗍𝗈𝗉 𝖽𝗐𝖾𝗅𝗅𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗈𝗇 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗉𝖺𝗌𝗍. I believe this could be mainly associated with PTSD. So I just wanted to add this here to show that memory is not Sensation. Everyone is capable of remembering things. Se is more of remembering the sensation of the object. ➤ Alec and Mark went to check out the group of people who were singing in the woods. They had to be as quiet as they can. Meanwhile Mark would “𝗌𝗍𝖾𝗉 𝗈𝗇 𝖺 𝗍𝗐𝗂𝗀 𝗈𝗋 𝖿𝖺𝗅𝗅𝖾𝗇 𝖻𝗋𝖺𝗇𝖼𝗁 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝖻𝗋𝖾𝖺𝗄 𝗂𝗍” every once in a while. Mark is illustrated as always daydreaming, especially on the wrong times, and thus, he’s not present-oriented. “𝖠 𝗉𝖺𝗋𝗍 𝗈𝖿 𝗁𝗂𝗆 𝗍𝗁𝗈𝗎𝗀𝗁𝗍 𝗍𝗁𝖾𝗒 𝗌𝗁𝗈𝗎𝗅𝖽 𝗁𝗂𝖽𝖾 𝗌𝗈𝗆𝖾𝗐𝗁𝖾𝗋𝖾 - 𝗆𝖺𝗒𝖻𝖾 𝗂𝗇 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗋𝗈𝗈𝗆 𝗍𝗁𝖺𝗍 𝗁𝖾𝗅𝖽 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗀𝖾𝗇𝖾𝗋𝖺𝗍𝗈𝗋𝗌.
