Easily the best character of the game, and a healthy INTJ (SPOILERS) If you take only his actions during the game he may strike as an INFJ, despite how his Te is present, however the true ending with older Neil shows how actually the Barista thinks and acts not only thinking in advance (he gotta keep sure the people on the game exist) but how he has a deep Ni that covers all of his other actions in order to reach this goal, while keeping his true feelings for himself and just following step by step in order to build them with rational decisions sometimes *disguised* as emotional, but done only so he can reach his objective Classic Ni dom, with Te and Fi ? That's an INTJ
