No seriously, I was in Nofap community to abstain the bad habit of PMO addiction for more than 2 years in University time. Now I get out of Nofap and living my post-Nofap life, which basically the creating stage of my life where i built everything over again this time. 4 years of University time - including 2 years of PMO addiction, and 2 years of Nofap fighting against it with, ofc, multiple 'relapses'. This was the worst time I've ever encountered in my life, and almost brings me to the lowest point. Fortunately, with Nofap and the fellows there clearly mentally support me very much, very thankful for that, because my uni life, friends, studying was basically just... surviving at that point, not gaining any actual useful knowledge. So I don't aware what others rambling about it, but if you need help to get out of that bad habit, consider joining Nofap as an option. After you successfully claim your life back, you can get out of it (well it's not good to stay anymore). Now after 2 years out of Nofap, can I expose to 'relapse'? Yes, I can and I did, which I need to be careful. Because Nofap is a life style, and has to be practice consistently until you're... ceased to exist, not simply when you're out of Nofap you're done, no it's not. I'm learning about Buddhism philosophy, and it helps very much when it comes to these problem. So I abstain from the bad habit every day every time, and Buddha teachings to me are very very crucial and helpful to be a good human being living in this life rightfully. And yes, I intended not to vote and now I do, and before vote I discover Nofap ... pretty much shares the same type personality with me.
