This chord can be made from the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th notes from the harmonic series. It sounds like a dominant seventh chord, but more laid-back because of the third and the seventh being flat. It can be extended to include the 9th, 11th, 13th or other higher harmonics. The 19th harmonic can be substituted for a subminor tenth, however, this is only true if the Hendrix comma 57/56 is not tempered out.
