The Exitiva system is used to identify your role in hierarchies. It is not meant to indicate that you are less or lower than somebody else but rather it shows how each person reacts to the events unfolding in an authorised setting. It's behavioural rather than psychological or cognitive. The Exitiva system focuses on reaction, attitude, and guts. It is made of 6 patterns. And the reason why it's called patterns instead of reactions is because to type someone in this system you are required to identify patterns — not one time shot.
